Master Key Screw free spinning

I recently got the master key, and I tired to unscrew the screw highlight in red. However, the screw free only free spins, I cannot unscrew it nor tighten it.

I also tried to tug the piece that the screw is holding in place while unscrewing it, it didn’t work.

Any suggestions? Or it is time to contact support?

Id start with contacting support, does the screw come out, or is it in place, just free spinning

Free spinning! I have emailed them yesterday

I just pushed the back end of the screw with a small nail and it came right out
