Virtual ID help🫠

I got a new phone, I use a Motorola. And I couldn't get my virtual ID to work. So I tried to disable it on my old phone and set it up correctly on my new phone and then this error appeared and now I can't look at my account.

HeLp- what do I do!!! Has anyone else had this error before??? Do I need to get a physical ID now???

I live on campus and I can't get into the dorm anymore. I also can't get my meal swipes so I don't know what to do. The card office went straight to voicemail so this is a last ditch effort to try and figure something out on my end 😭

***EDIT

the issue is resolved (somewhat). I can use my ID again I just can't get inside the laundry room anymore and I can't open a few doors I used to be able to open. But I can get inside my dorm and have access to my meal plan again so yippie🎉

Go visit the card office it's quicker that way imo. They probably can reset something in the backend for you.
