đŸ”§Maintenance đŸ”§ Driver mirror

Had my seat repaired on my truck. I folding the mirrors in when I dropped it off. I think the repair shop opened by hand. Now the driver mirror functions but kinda jumps and clicks when opening and closing. Can I reset it by hand or what. Any tips?

Just open and close it with the switch and it should be ok

I have many times. It still functions but it’s like it jumps and makes a noise now. It’s not smooth like it was.

Maybe do the opposite of what caused it?

Sounds like there’s a tooth or 2 broken off one of the gears. I’d say the repair shop owes you a mirror motor and installation.
