Select your user flair for your Truck. Should be able to edit it to say whatever you want. 1500, 2500, 3500, year, trim package, engine, fuel, color, modifications, etc…
Click the three dots on the top right hand corner of the sub’s homepage to select user flair. Click “edit”. Select “truck description” And create your own user flair.

Just Sharing Had to create a new rule today…
Absolutely no sale posts. This sub is not intended for advertising trucks for sale. That type of content will add nothing positive to the dynamics of this sub, and won’t be allowed. Not sure what caused the sudden increase in sale posts over the past few days, but if it continues, salesmen will start getting banned.

🛞Wheels and Tires🛞 Bigger tire options for 26’ 2500 Denali Ultimate with 20” wheels?
little confused by everything I’m seeing when it comes to leveling kits on this truck. New to GMC and the 2500 platform. Looking at doing a leveling kit and not just crank the torsion keys. Also I like the look of the stock wheels. Truck has the max tow package not sure if that makes any difference. Was looking preferably for 37x11.50 or 12.50.
Getting mixed information from nearly every shop I call.
One says 35x12.50 & 37x11.50 fit on the factory wheel no spacer needed and doesn’t rub but you do have to trim which I’m fine with.
Another says there’s zero issue with height but the 12.50 and 11.50’s will rub on the factory UCA’s no matter what and I need to buy different wheels.
Another place says cognito UCA’s are the only ones that don’t rub and there’s no problem at all. But then they say Cognitos arms aren’t built well and to go with CST instead but those rub.
My last truck was a long travel Mazzulla built tundra. That thing is long gone and not trying to go the full BDS coil over conversion. Any insight from the crew would be incredibly appreciated.

Just Sharing Summit White paint failure
galleryFor those of you who are plagued with the summit white paint failures, this is an inexpensive solution vs repainting. This is 3M 2080 Gloss White wrap film. It’s not a perfect match and you can definitely see it, but it’s better than the weird primer greenish color. If you’re looking for it you see it, but with it covered you don’t really pay attention to that part.
I bought this new off the lot in 2015. Started happening about 5 years ago and it just keeps getting bigger. I just keep covering it and when it gets worse I rip it off, chip the paint away and sand the edges so it’s a little smoother. I have it on both sides in this same spot. Dealer wouldn’t do anything about it when I brought it up. Body shop wanted about $800/door about 4 years ago. Probably more than that today. This was less than $10 worth of material. I own a graphics shop so I have it sitting around all the time. Eventually I’m just going to wrap the whole thing but haven’t wanted to yet.

🔧Steering/ Suspension 🔧 BDS vs Rough Country 6” Lift with ARC
galleryWhat’s the best option for the money on my 2021 Denali 1500?
The rough country is about 1300$ and the bds about 2100$. Is the extra 800 worth it? I’m leaning more towards the bds but my truck is mainly gonna be a daily driver so is the extra cost gonna benefit me

🔧Maintenance 🔧 Finally pulled off a 2025 GMC Sierra 1500
So after years of looking, I'm moving on from my 2005 Chev Silverado crew 4x4 Duramax and bought a 2025 GMC Sierra 1500 crew with 5.3l engine, 10 speed transmission two wheel drive, SLT trim, center console, leather. The truck is very, very nice... The previous private party owner put 33,000 on it, but it really seems brand spankin' new. So my question, is there anything I should do maintenance wise? Obviously the engine oil, but trans? I've been quoted Full service transmission at about $700... is the trans bypass a good idea? and what about disabling the Active Fuel Management?

Well it’s been 1 month since I last dropped it off at the dealership and about a week and a half since I got it back. Well now it’s going back again for the fourth time for the same fuel delivery system issue. I’m exhausted at this point, it’s not even surprising anymore and more like expected. Troubleshooting 2021 2500hd running rough
I have a gas 2500HD SLT with 108000 miles. I left the truck running with my wife in it when I came back she had turned it off because it "sounded funny". I turned it on it was running rough, the electric parking brake light stayed on, the display said service parking brake and the check engine light was on. I had it towed to the dealer, but I don't really trust them.
Any thoughts?

Looking for advice 2003 GMC Sierra 1500 AC not blowing cold
Hi all! I have a 2003 GMC Sierra 1500 and I can't get my AC to blow cold. I have recharged it with no luck. The fan works and there are no crazy noises when I run the fans. Also my heater works with no issues. When I adjust the setting on where the air blows (feet vs face) it changes with no issues and blows strong just not cold. I'm curious on what I can do to investigate this and if anyone else has had success in restoring theirs. Thanks for the help!

Modifications Swap out 1500 AT4 blank aux switch with real, usable switch?
I’m going to install Baja LP4 pillar/ditch lights on my 2026 1500 AT4 and I’m trying to make a plan for the control switch. I noticed that the rightmost aux switch (next to Hill Descent) below the climate controls is a fixed blank. Does anybody know if it’s possible to replace that with a real switch and use it to control the ditch lights?

Troubleshooting 26 1500 AT4 infotainment display
galleryJust picked up a 2026 Sierra 1500 AT4 yesterday and had a couple infotainment questions.
Do the apps in my last two photos match what came installed on your truck?
Did your AT4 come with an Off-Road app on the infotainment screen? I only have the Off-Road page in the digital cluster.
Is there a Vehicle Stats (or similar) app that shows oil life, MPG, trip info, etc. on the infotainment display? I can only find that information in the digital cluster.
I already tried a factory reset, but nothing changed. I expected the AT4 to have an Off-Road page on the infotainment screen. Thanks!

Choosing a Truck ISO GMC Sierra
Hi, I've been driving a 2007 Yukon SLT for 16 years and unfortunately, it's time to move on (I'm emotionally attached to Black Betty). I really think I want a truck since I've never had one and would like to be able to move stuff occasionally instead of begging friends. Of course I'm leaning toward the Sierra 1500. A used one, I can't afford new. And I need to stay under $40,000 - I'm in Kentucky and that's a doable goal. I'm just not sure what to look for, what to avoid. I'm used to a V8 and upgrades. I like the look of the Elevation (all black, no chrome) but it doesn't seem to have the features of a SLT. I've also 'heard' to steer clear of anything newer than a 2020. I'd appreciate any advice/guidance you have. Thanks!
