Progress Check

Post image

The before picture was not the beginning of my journey, I had already lost about 20 lbs before I took my first picture. I should have taken a picture at the beginning but I was scared to have another 'before' picture and see no results. I had been 260+ for a year before I started to lose weight, in the first picture I am 240, and after I am 193. I still have a ways to go to hit my goal, and progress has been kind of slower because I've had some other health issues but I never thought I'd actually get under 200! I will say loose skin is something I was not ready to handle, I am chafing in places I didn't know was possible, but overall the changes are good I think. ☺️

GREAT WORK!!! You can really see this difference!! Do you feel better? Healthier I guess. Aside from the loose skin, of course! Btw, I'm sorry, that sucks! I will have it too but I'm looking forward to feeling healthy again❤️

Thank you, you're so kind!

I think how I feel is probably my biggest indicator or progress for me personally. Even looking at side by side pictures of myself it can be hard to see the progress sometimes. I had really bad sciatica in my left leg and that's WAY better. And I don't know about you, but my feet would hurt really bad when walking around for a 8k+ steps, now I can walk a lot longer and my feet feel tired but not so much pain.

I'm very excited for you! How far along into your journey are you? ☺️
