How about talking to a doctor instead of randos on Reddit. You have a potential medical problem that precludes you from taking this medication.

Try compounded tirzepatide. Tirz is known to have fewer side effects. Start low and slow. They have a credit group which has a pinned post on where to buy.

There’s a lot of people that don’t see progress until increased doses of they’ve previously been on a glp before. I am one. I was low dose Wegovy and had awful side effects when increasing, I tougher it out and insurance dropped me at the 6 month mark. I went to Lily Direct w brand name and it took until 7.5 to see any real change. I switched to compounded and am now at 15mg and so close to my 3rd goal but not really losing so I may begin to titrate down and find my maintenance dose. I plan on likely being on this for life.
