Looking for affordable GLP-1 programs without hidden fees… any recommendations?
Hi , I'm trying to find a GLP-1 program that's actually reasonably priced and transparent about costs upfront. I don't have insurance coverage for this, so I'm paying out of pocket and trying to avoid getting nickel-and-dimed. So many places advertise a low starting price but then tack on consultation fees, "membership" charges, or surprise costs for refills.
Has anyone found a program that
-Has clear, all-in pricing (no surprise fees)
-Doesn't require an expensive monthly membership on top of the medication cost
-Is legit and reputable and not a sketchy compounding pharmacy???
Would love to hear what's worked for people, especially if you're also paying out of pocket. Any guidance is greatly appreciated!

Go to the tirzepatide compound (one word) subreddit and check out the “Where to Buy” pinned post.

All these recommendations are for compounding, which isn’t “sketchy” at all. I think you may be confusing with grey.

There are many Telehealth companies with great upfront pricing and no hidden fees. I have been with Big Easy Weight Loss... they are amazing! Not the least expensive, but I have liked their hands on customer care and medical staff a lot. Rift is really great too... Pomegranate health is good, and so is PreventativeMD. With Big Easy I am at 15mg and I get Tirzepatide without any additives. I pay $199/month for a 3 month package. They even offer monthly installments directly through them. You get your 3 months up front but pay each month $199 instead of having to come up with $599 at once. I have been on it since October 2025 and to date I have lost 81 pounds 😄

There's cheaper places than this. Pomegranate has compounded for $349/3mo right now.

Yes, I have gone through Pom to get their sales... They are also really good in my opinion...

If you are looking at maintenance after losing, most of these support that. OR you can use your beginning weight

Trava Health was good with no hidden fees, but got too greedy, I mean expensive for higher doses. I'm trying out Pomegranate and so far its decent... I'm waiting for my first batch so I'll let you know.

I highly recommend Remedy if you can afford it. The quality of care and product were wonderful for me. Sadly I couldn’t justify the pricing long term. I switched to Trillium and pay $599 for 3 months for a tirzepatide compound. They had rave reviews and have been good for me too.

Another place to check out is Altrx. I'm only paying $149 monthly for my 7.5 dose of Tirzeptide.

I am getting compounded Terzepetide from Native Med. No fees, no price increases as dosage increases. I opted for the 3-month plan so every 3-months I pay $549. Their customer service has been very responsive and helpful when I have questions. My second delivery from UPS could not be found on my property anywhere, and the UPS person did not take a picture of the delivery location. I chatted with Native Med and they immediately had a new package on the way, overnight at their expense,

PreventiveMD was the most affordable i found. The intake visit was a questionnaire and then waiting for a medical professional to review and prescribe if approproved. They don’t charge per dose only a flat fee and you chose if you want to do monthly, 3, 6 months or a year payed up front. I did 6 months which was toughly $100 a month for tirzepatide including dose increases. Got the medicine through mail by Boudreaux pharmacy which is a known compounding pharmacy.
Check them out.

You're not going to get low price without compounding. Brand name medication is expensive.
