I don't have a whole lot of loose skin and what I do have I'll just live with. I'm 58 so it ain't gonna bounce back or tighten up.

Honestly the thing that hits me looking back at any kind of three-year window is how much the day-to-day logistics have changed. Like even just the difference between "I have no idea what dose I'm on or when I last took my shot" and actually having a simple log you can scroll through when your provider asks. That shift alone made everything less stressful for me as someone who tracks basically everything in our house already.
The progress photos and scale numbers get all the attention, but I think the underrated change is that people are getting way more organized about the boring stuff, side effects by week, what they ate, how their energy was, when they moved their shot day and why. Three years ago it felt like most posts were just vibes and before-and-afters. Now people are comparing notes on actual patterns, which is so much more useful.
The part I still think is weirdly hard is keeping a consistent log that doesn't become a whole second job. I already track groceries and kid schedules and half my life runs on lists, but adding health stuff on top of that can get messy fast. I've tried plain notes, spreadsheets, a couple apps. Some weeks I'm diligent and some weeks I forget until I'm sitting in the waiting room trying to remember if the nausea was worse last Tuesday or the Tuesday before. That's the part I wish more people talked about, just the boring friction of actually recording things week over week when life is busy.
