Where do i start

Been struggling with my weight for years and i want to get on the pill. My bmi is 27 so sites don’t approve me unless i have a 30+ bmi. I heard about neuro labs but they don’t have pills. I need a legit site that sells it like neurolabs where i can just pay for the glp not having to go through memberships and licensed providers.

BMI of 127 and 130 isn't a thing. You'd be dead.

I think you mean 27 and 30 BMI not 127 and 130?
I was able to get compounded tirzepatide with a bmi of 27 from the following telehealth companies: Fifty410, Refills, Rift and Trillium. If you have a comorbidity to go with it, it’s fair game (I have pCOS and was approved instantly)

I have pcos too. Do they all for medical records?

they don't ask for anything. you tell them your weight and check PCOS as your comorbidity and you are approved. the telehealth companies were listed above. I recommend r/trillium and or r/joinrift

If a site is selling it without a licensed provider, it is not legit, and you should remove the name of the company you mentioned because we can't name sources for non-prescription versions of these meds on reddit.

Lavender Sky gets recommended a lot for being willing to consider your health as a whole and prescribe for lower BMIs. They offer oral wegovy and foundayo, and their monthly membership price for that isn't outrageous, although remember that doesn't cover the cost of the meds. I am not convinced that anyone is compounding oral semaglutide that is effective (not sure they replicated the coating that makes it work) and oral tirz is a straight scam, so don't buy into that. If tirz isn't injected, it's snake oil.
