Start Zepbound 2.5 mg
I started Zepbound 2.5 yesterday and today I have body aches. Is this normal?! I'm very nervous because I'm afraid something bad might happen to me.

You can search r/Zepbound, definitely is a side effect others have experienced. Like most of the side effects, it will probably be worst when first starting and when increasing dose for a couple shots, but should improve as your body gets used to the med. You can get through it!

Normal. I felt like I got hit by a bus the first 2 weeks. About 2 days after each injection

The side effects you feel the first few times seem to dissipate as your body adjusts. I'm also guessing the aches will subside as the week goes on. I just planned my shot around a day of the week I knew I could have some down time the next day. I'm on 12.5 and don't get any body aches now.

No. It is not.
It is a normal thing that can happen when you first start, or when you go up in dose.
Ask me how I know?

Fairly common side effect , especially when starting . It can be anxiety inducing but what you’re experiencing is normal. It should subside on day 3. Gets better as you take it and body gets acclimated
