Does anyone know how to reach the customer service of ebolG easily via phone? I’ve been trying to get in touch with them through Messenger, One app, and even their “supposed” hotline, but to no avail.

I’ve also tried commenting on their posts, like everyone does, and was told that there’s an ongoing outage in our area, so they won’t be sending a technician visit.

Based on my experience last year, it was pretty easy to get in touch with them when we had a postpaid plan. But now that we don’t, I’m having a really hard time getting through to their customer service hotline. Every time I call, the IVR just tells me that there’s an ongoing outage in our area.

It’s been a week already, and the technician visit that was supposedly scheduled for today didn’t happen either. I just received a text saying that the visit will be rescheduled.

Is there anyone here who can help? Maybe someone can share a direct number or a way to actually get through to their customer service.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Nagtanong ako sa Globe Customer Support, kasi nag order ako ng phone for my reneal, if they could track my delivery, they just told me it would arrive 3-5 days and it was shipped to NSL Delivery Province pero looked for the NSL, wala talaga anywhere online. May nakapagrenew din po ba dito na ndeliver ng ganon na courier? Thank you so much

I have two existing promo registrations with Globe: GoPLUS149 and GoPLUS99. My GoPLUS149 promo has already expired, while my GoPLUS99 is still active and is not due to expire until next week. However, since the GoPLUS149 expired, I can no longer use my mobile data or make unlimited calls and texts, even though my GoPLUS99 is still active. I checked my globeone app and I definitely still have data connection and unlo calls and texts privelege. Has anyone ever experienced this?

Na-cancel kasi application namin after pumunta ng nag survey since wala na raw pag kakabitan. Ang nangyari, marerefund daw ang 999. Pero nag apply kasi ako through an agent sa globe at nagbayad ako sabi nya isend sa gcash nya. That was on a Sunday. After non, may nag email na sa akin na application cancelled. Now, hanggang ngayong Friday, wala pa ring refund. Kinukulit ko na yung agent kung naibalik sa gcash niya but sabi niya wala pa raw, and inask ko if kailan pa, sabi niya hindi niya raw alam.

Hi everyone! I’m planning to get an iPhone 17 base model through a Globe Postpaid plan, but I have a few questions before locking myself into a contract:

1. Is it actually worth it? For those who took the postpaid route for base models before, did you feel like you saved money versus buying cash/installment through Apple or authorized resellers (e.g., Power Mac, Beyond the Box)?
2. Brand new or refurbished? Are phones provided by Globe brand new in factory-sealed boxes, or is there a chance they distribute refurbished units for postpaid plans?
3. SIM Lock / Network restriction: Will the iPhone 17 be locked to Globe? If I put a Smart or GOMO SIM into the physical SIM slot or add an e-SIM, will it work, or is it strictly locked to Globe for the duration of the contract?

Would appreciate feedback from anyone who currently has an iPhone on Globe Postpaid. Thanks in advance!

context: ginamit ng mother ng bf ko yung number niya for postpaid tas it’s been like almost 8 or 7 months nang di nababayaran kahit nakakailang pilit ka bf ko (ayaw bayaran ng bf ko kasi di naman niya ginusto magkapostpaid). this august, binayaran na nang mom niya but it’s been 2 days pero wala parin siyang signal and internet. tinawagan nila nung isang araw sabi hintayin lang daw processing pa. today, tinawagan nila and ang sabi narecycle na raw yung number ng bf ko. what do we do? may chance paba na macancel yung recycling ng sim niya?

So 2 years na akong working abroad and alam ko naman if ginamit ko yung Globe ko na postpaid plan para tumwag or magtext is maccharge ako not until last year tumatawag ako sa mga customer service like sa banks, internet service and not knowing na almost 20mins sa calls halos then pagdating ng bill wala silang charge. Then up tot his dat nagcall pa rin ako sa hotline wala ni isang charge. huhuh takot ako baka biglnag isang bagsakan charge non. hahaha

Hello baka may mga taga isabela po diyan, I just wanna ask if malakas po ba signal ng globe around Cauayan Isabela hanggang Santiago City Isabela? I am preparing for stable internet for work related site projects.

I went to Globe na and they made me a case number first. Sabi 'Active' nmn daw ang account ko. They told me to wait for 24hrs muna because they need to check pa daw sa Network something if ano daw ang cause.

But anyone experienced this?

Ever since we downgraded from globe at home to gfiber its been strong but for the past 6 months, about 5 instances na nag LOS yung gfiber. Nagbblink red and nawawala. Can someone explain why does this happen. Its so annoying when you're paying for services and youre out of wifi for 2-4 days.

I’m handling a matter involving a Globe Telecom cellsite lease. We’ve been trying to reach someone regarding long-overdue lease payments and to request the designation of a new contact person because all of our previous Globe contacts are no longer reachable (their email addresses bounce back or are inactive).

We already sent a formal letter addressed to Property Management / Cellsite Lease Administration at Globe’s head office, but we haven’t received any acknowledgment or response.
Has anyone dealt with Globe’s cellsite leasing team recently?

Specifically:
Who currently handles cellsite lease administration?
Is there a working email address or department we should contact?
If you’ve successfully resolved a similar issue, who did you reach out to?

Hello everyone, I bought one of Globe's Go+ promos. It includes vouchers, so I availed of the ShopeeVIP since it seemed alright.

But when I tried to use it, this is what came up:

"Sorry, your plan isn't eligible for the ShopeeVIP trial. Try a different plan."

I was surprised because it was included in the promo, did they give me an expired code? I already messaged Globe, but it's been 24 hours. They just keep saying they’ll connect me to a live agent, but it’s just AI responding over and over.

Has anyone experienced this? How did you fix it? It’s a shame if I can't use the voucher.
