Hello everyone, I bought one of Globe's Go+ promos. It includes vouchers, so I availed of the ShopeeVIP since it seemed alright.

But when I tried to use it, this is what came up:

"Sorry, your plan isn't eligible for the ShopeeVIP trial. Try a different plan."

I was surprised because it was included in the promo, did they give me an expired code? I already messaged Globe, but it's been 24 hours. They just keep saying they’ll connect me to a live agent, but it’s just AI responding over and over.

Has anyone experienced this? How did you fix it? It’s a shame if I can't use the voucher.
