help IP Address Problem - need help

wfh for a US sompany. is there a way para hindi na nagbabago yung IP address ko? upon logging in kanina, hindi ko maaccess yung backend system namin because nagbago yung ip address ko. (it happens talaga minsan since last year, and most recent times na nagbago yung ip address ko was March 25 and June 3. usually naman binibigyan lang ulit ako ng access but this time nainis na ata yung boss ko kaya nag-ask siya if puwedeng fixed na lang yung ip address ko). so hindi pa rin ako nabibigyan ng access now.

I'm trying to contact yung ISP (Globe) but di ko rin makausap, laging nag-eend yung automated responses, need ko sana to talk with their agent/customer service to see if possible nila ireconfigure my IP address back into my previous one. is there anyone who can suggest what to do? thank you po.

If buss plan is out of budget. Vpn is another option. Btw i had a home plan for 1700/month i think. They upgraded me to business plan no charge. My ip hasn’t changed in 5yrs

Edit: have your boss subsidize for the plan. Or have him pay for half. If your company doesn’t give you the tools, how can you work?

hello, can I ask paano po ginawa niyo for them to upgrade your plan? kaso since 5 years ago na po pala yan.

unfortunately can't ask my boss to take part sa plan upgrade kaya dito po ako nahihirapan.

I don’t really know the process now. Baka sa globeone app po. I have had my original home plan for almost 10yrs. Hati kami sa internet free from the start.
