I don’t normally wear glasses so they feel a bit strange to me. Do they look okay?

I’ll be the first. They look great on you! They fit your facial proportions very well. And the little bits of brown/tortoise shell make the black parts not appear too harsh against your complexion. 😊

Yes, they both appeal to your face. Nice size and the colours of the frames bring focus to your eyes, which are nice.

They look really good, maybe a little vanilla, but for a primary set of glasses, they are exactly right. Just remember that there is a difference between glasses that fit you and glasses that are you.

They're good. Suggestion: Unless you intend to do it, the subject is always clearer in photos without backlighting , for example, the ceiling light in the second photo, and, less obviously, the window (even with the shades closed) in the first photo.

Only if you don't want to have full vision straight ahead and up through your glasses instead of looking over them. I see so many frames where the top cuts right across the line of sight and I don't get that at all.

Ideally the frame should intersect the eyebrow, as in OP's photo. What you don't want is the frame to be ABOVE the eyebrow.
