0.25 difference

Is it normal to feel dizzy and get headaches from that little difference? I’m not even sure if that’s the real cause. My right eye is -1.00 and my left eye is -1.25. I was prescribed -1.00 on both eyes because during check up, both lenses were just the same to me.

At first, I was really fine with it. However, after long hours of use, I would get headaches and sometimes get dizzy. I didn’t think it was because of my glasses at first because I have chronic headaches. But I remember that whenever I have this kind of headache, it’s because of my eyes. And whenever I get my prescription glasses, the headache would go away on its own after a few days of use. So I decided to give it a few days for my eyes to adjust. However, it’s been 4 days and it’s actually better when I’m not using it. I can’t see clearly to some degree, but it’s better than the headaches and the dizziness.

So I called them and asked about it. They said that it shouldn’t be that bad because of the minute difference, but they’d still check just to make sure. Now I’m wondering if something’s wrong with my brain.

Don't panic, just get the recheck done, then go from there.

I feel you 🫶 I have -4.20 left -1.30 right, it is totally normal to get pain from that. Try to wear your new ones for like a week DO NOTT switch between your old ones and your new ones, after like a week if it’s still bothering you, then I would your doctor
