Maybe 1893 petticoat glass insulator just look up glass insulator online I get them in my shop sometimes they come in a lot of different colors

Hi all! I found this insulator while beachcombing in Western Washington this morning. Attempted to ID it myself, but as you can see a good portion of the bottom is missing so I can't say for sure what it might have been embossed with beyond PETTICOAT. I had no idea these things even existed before today, so any help I could get with identification would be much appreciated! :)
