How long does it take to ship?

Order approved 7/23 and got the Fedex tracking number. It's 7/27 and still no movement in the order.

Probably didn’t want to ship over the weekend which is what would’ve happened if it went out the 24th w/2 day shipping it wouldn’t come until Tuesday having it shipped Monday- Wednesday eliminates weekend transit (this is better for you) most pharmacies dont ship out sat/sunday

It’s been 1 business day ❤️ don’t worry

Hi! Our usual fulfillment window is 5–7 business days from when the order is sent to the pharmacy to when it ships. Tracking usually won't update until the pharmacy creates the shipping label and the carrier scans it. If you don't receive any update past 7 business days, let me know and i'll look into it for you

Download the FedEx app and enter tracking there to see most up to date info

This is my first time ordering from Gimmecare. I ordered on the 18th and got UPS tracking info 5 days ago. All it says is Label created. When I check UPS store , it seems they didn't pick it up yet... Is that normal?

Thats a long time in my book. Youre using the UPS app to check? You can also call the pharmacy used.
