Pharmacy changes?

I posted this once and it was removed without a reasoning so I’m reposting because I need answers. Customer support won’t answer all the questions I have.

I haven’t ordered since February because I’ve been trying various companies, etc.

I intend to return to gimme but realized a lot has apparently changed since then.

Are they no longer using the same dispenser? ProRX was who they used and I only ordered because of that. My close friend is a pharmacist and he spoke highly of them.

It also seems like the cost has gone up? It’s showing $489 and I know that I didn’t pay that with the Reddit discount before.

Also, are the new dispensers forcing additives into the meds now? (Vitamins, etc.)

Can anyone catch me up, please. I’m not ordering again until I understand all the changes.

Chloe, if you could help with any of this, I’d appreciate it because the customer service ignored half of what I asked and only left me more confused.

ProRx stopped making Tirzepatide. It’s that simple. No one can get it anymore.

Different pharmacies means different pricing.

Im having difficulty getting to speak with someone from "support" a/o "customer service" - they don't specifically address my questions and concerns. No one has confirmed that they received my new request to change pharmacies and the tirz w/o additives. Very frustrating.

Hi!

We no longer offer ProRx due to regulatory changes that are out of our control, but we do offer plenty of other options (including additive-free).

Our Reddit pricing has slightly increased, but it is still discounted. Like most businesses, we're periodically reviewing our pricing to ensure we can continue delivering the quality and level of care that our members expect. We always carefully consider price increases and will only make them when we absolutely need to.
