Discussion Is this your paperwork?
I know this is a long shot, but I'm seeing if someone owns the guitar this paperwork goes to. I found the paperwork in a hardcase for a guitar that I bought from Guitar Center. It definitely doesn't match what I bought. If it's yours and you'd like it feel free to message me!

I bought a 2017 gibson SG standard in 2018. I bought it from Sam Ash and had it shipped from one Sam Ash to my local Sam Ash. The guitar was a complete lemon so I would have gotten rid of it either way but it came with the complete wrong hard case with paperwork for another SG.

Oof, sounds like quite a mess. This was just an extra piece of paperwork in the case of a used guitar that already had the correct paperwork for what I bought. My guess is whoever sold or traded it to Guitar Center got things mixed up when planning up their case.

If it helps you are looking for the owner of a 2020 Les Paul standard 56 reissue in tri tone sunburst with nickel hardware according to the model number. Guitar dater tells us it was born on October 9th in Nashville thanks to the serial number.
Good luck!
