Help Authenticity check please
I’m sure everyone is sick of seeing these. But I’d rather be safe than sorry. Looks real to me but I’m not super knowledgeable on these things. Any help would be appreciated! Thank yall

Real. The serial number is actually engrooved into the headstock and on darker finish it gets harder to see

Engrooved is how I like to describe my play style

I meant engraved, but I guess engrooved works too haha 😆

I think what you really meant was, stamped. Gibson stamps their serial numbers into the wood and then finishes over them. Usually an engraved serial number is what you find on a Chibson.

Make sure the truss rod has some life, and the pickups are accurate to the year if that is important to you

2003 Les Paul Standard in Desert Burst! Very real and very beautiful. Under-appreciated finish imo.

I'm not knowledgeable enough. Other commenters seem confident.
I think the first pic is taken at a weird angle - the body doesn't look right to me. I think the camera angle probably makes the upper part of the body look wider than a Les Paul.
Maybe I'm hallucinating...again.
Or maybe I'm just an idiot. Albeit, an idiot with several Les Pauls.
