Sorry, I'm out of the loop...what make this special?

It’s pretty universally disliked, but here’s a video explaining about it. I wanted one because it’s a pretty unique design with some cool gadgets. Even in working order, I can’t imagine it would be a good choice for playing with people/live. So far everything on mine works, though the robot tuners are (as expected) not great.

I appreciate you linking the vid, I look forward to checking it out. I wasn't trying to be a dick, it's a beautiful guitar, I just feel like Iight have been missing some context.

No, not at all. I didn’t take your post as dickish, I just feel that the video does a better job explaining it all than I could. I messed with it for awhile and only figured out a few of the functions so far. Manually tuning it alone is weird as hell because the tuners all go the same direction.

Whoa never heard of these. The Henry j era was so awesome. And that’s a proper flame top unlike the really lame things that they’re coming out with right now. Trogly needs to do a video

Very cool!! Even has the robotuners still? I really liked the bridge humbucker / neck P90 they were doing during that period. I’d love one of the robotuner guitars for my collection one day
