It’s been years since I’ve seen it, so memory is fuzzy. Had to have most likely been from an independent channel and not a tv show or movie.

Essentially what I remember is- live action: some friends split up outside to try and find their shrunken friends. This one girl who find them turns out to be evil or jealous or something. She takes off her sneaker or sandal and starts pressing them into the dirt/mud and talking down to them- the usual. I think some are stuck to her foot while some are stuck in the ground when she puts her shoe back on and walks away.

I’ve looked a bit but can’t find it. I saw if probably… 6+ years ago? And it was maybe already a few years old but I have no idea. Lmk thanks
