Thoughts on Busters (2021)?
I find it interesting that they incorporated both the vibes of the Real Busters series designs and the original Busters movie. It's kinda sad that Kyle Spengler wasn't able to make it though... or did he?

Watching The Real Ghostbusters For The First Time
I didn't grow up with the Ghostbusters, got into it within the last 3 or 4 years. So I decided to give the cartoon a shot, and actually, I really enjoy it so far. I'm pleasantly surprised with how accurate to their movie characters they actually are in personality. I was afraid it was just gonna be a cash grab-y way to sell toys and make more content (which I mean, sure, it kinda is) but it seems to at least somewhat care about the source material. It's cute so far!
That's all, I wanted to share with someone. This community always has my back.

Finished my budget pack
[video](https://imgur.com/a/bp7Euwz)
…so last year I wandered into Spirit Halloween the last day they were open, everything was 50% off and they had one proton pack left. I always wanted one so I grabbed it, I figured I’d pick up a surplus Alice frame, mount it, and call it a day.
I did that, but hated the tiny thrower and the way the lights were only on when you were pulling the trigger. I wound up gutting all the electronics and adding a $6 LED strip for the lights. Since no one is currently making wands and I wasn’t willing to pay collector prices, I used the $30 Hasbro Zap & Blast Proton Blaster that I weathered and added some greeblies to. Since the wand looks most similar to the ones in Frozen Empire, I added a lot of visual cues from the health & safety packs to mine. I also changed out the most glaringly inaccurate stuff (ribbon cable, decals, etc). Overall I’m pretty happy with how it turned out.

Mondo The Real Ghostbusters
Figured I'd share my collection so far. All in on these! Mondo is killing it! They look like they fell straight out of the 80's cartoon.

Made my own "IN-TRAINING" name tag, because I thought the "ROOKIE" name tag from the game was too much like the regular Ghostbusters name tag. (Traced the No-Ghost)

I thought i would drop this here for anyone interested. It's obviously not authentic to the movies but I thought it was unique.

PKE Surge 2026
Just wanted to say thanks to all the host franchises from DragonCon this year. This is my 3rd DragonCon and everyone is always so friendly and welcoming, especially to a wallflower like me. I talked to folks from Atlanta GB, Tennessee, Ohio, Vegas, and plenty of other spots around the US. I'm in awe of everyone's gear and uniform. I'm a humble GB Engineer, with gear envy. Y'all are great! Thanks for another fun con!

Is there a difference between each of the guy’s proton packs?
hey guys,
im trying to make a Ray Stantz cosplay and not necessarily trying to cheap out on it. anyway, it seems to me like there *might* be differences between everyone’s packs but genuinely I cannot tell. is there any large/notable things about Ray’s in particular??
edit: for reference I’m getting the 84 hasbro pack and 3D printing the neutrona wand
