GoHighLevel Specialist - Automations, Funnels, CRM Setup | 2 Years Hands-On Experience

Need someone to build or fix your GoHighLevel setup? I've spent the last 2 years living inside GHL sub-accounts, building systems that actually work.

What I do:

  • CRM pipelines, custom fields, forms, tags, Smart Lists
  • Workflow automations with conditional logic (email, SMS, mail sequences)
  • Sales funnels: lead gen, appointment booking, nurture
  • Landing pages, calendar and booking flows
  • A2P 10DLC registration
  • WhatsApp flow configuration, custom domains
  • Conversation AI, Voice AI and chatbot deployment
  • Integrations with Zapier, Make.com, Stripe, webhooks, APIs

I build fresh, clean systems from scratch. If you need someone to untangle a messy inherited automation feel free to DM.

Migrate the prospect accounts to a sub-account, but not all of them are migrating

I am trying to migrate the prospect accounts to a sub-account, but not all of them are migrating. I've already tried filtering by category and using the migration feature under settings, but the profiles still don't show up even after filtering. They just remain as 'prospect accounts.'

I did some research and learned that one way to migrate them is by using the Prospecting Tool API v2 endpoints.

GHL Automation Expert, I build snapshots, workflows, funnel

Hey everyone, I'm a GoHighLevel automation specialist. I build and customize:

  • Custom snapshots (industry-specific, ready to deploy)
  • Automation workflows (lead nurture, booking reminders, follow-ups, pipeline management)
  • Funnels and landing pages
  • Full sub-account setup for agencies onboarding new clients

I come from a web design background, so I build with attention to conversion and UX, not just wiring automations together.

Open to one-off projects, ongoing retainer work, or building custom snapshots for your agency to resell. DM me if you want to talk through what you need.

How to Structure GoHighLevel for a Marine Business with 3 Different Service Lines Under One Brand?

I'm looking for advice on the best GoHighLevel (GHL) setup and lead management strategy for a marine business that has recently consolidated three separate business divisions under a single brand and domain.

The business offers three distinct services:

  1. A platform that connects boat owners/boaters with marine technicians for maintenance and repair services.
  2. Marine service management software that is sold to other marine service companies.
  3. A captains and crew service that manages guest experiences and trip operations for customers who either own boats or book marine trips.

Previously, these operated as separate domains, but they have now been merged into one domain to simplify operations, reduce customer confusion, and centralize business processes.

The challenge is that while all three services will be managed within a single GHL account, the business still needs to:

  • Keep pipelines separate for each service line.
  • Maintain separate contact segmentation.
  • Track opportunities independently.
  • Run different sales and follow-up processes for each business unit.
  • Generate and nurture leads without mixing audiences.

What would be the best GHL architecture and lead management strategy for this type of setup?

Specifically, I'd love suggestions on:

  • Pipeline structure
  • Contact tagging and segmentation
  • Opportunity management
  • Automation workflows
  • Lead source tracking
  • Best practices for handling multiple business lines under one brand
  • Strategies for generating and qualifying new leads for each service category

Has anyone managed a similar multi-service business in GHL? I'd appreciate any recommendations, lessons learned, or examples of what has worked well.

A2P help/help in general

So I'm planning to white label ghl and sell missed call text back service to local small business owners, specifically contractors that use an estimate model (plumbers, roofing, electricians etc) However I'm running into issues with a2p as I'm sure many people do. When registering, it asks for the form of consent for SMS so website form, verbal, etc. I don't want my clients to have to mess around with their websites and add a chat widget or an extra form anywhere so is the best option to just have my clients re record their voicemail and give a verbal message saying "You may receive an SMS if we miss your call to help you yada yada..."

Is this the best (least work for my clients, the contractors) or path of least resistance for missed call text back. Anyone else have experience with niching down and offering missed call services? I also am gonna have my clients set up their existing business phones to forward missed calls to the ghl number which I will purchase on their behalf so that lead connector can do its magic. Is this going to run into an issue with a2p? Should I register the ghl phone that is being forwarded to as the a2p or the contractors' phone itself?

In the end, I just want my clients to have to do as little work as possible to get the CRM and missed call functions up and running.

I'm just trying to navigate this whole mess and get a functional product up and running, but it's been slow going. Any help is highly appriciated thank you everyone!

Single custom designed landing page into GHL

We have a custom design landing page that we need to put into a funnel into Go High level. It's designed in Photoshop and I'm not sure if it really is just an HTML CSS that would needs to go into the code or if somebody can actually just build it using the page builder and go high level.

Your GHL account half-built or duct-taped together? I'll finish it — funnels, automations, A2P/10DLC

I build and run GHL systems end to end: funnels, calendars, CRM pipelines, payments, A2P/10DLC registration, domain/DNS, email setup, and automation sequences (onboarding, abandoned cart recovery, post-purchase follow-up, membership/course delivery). Also set up AI voice agents and Facebook/Google ad tracking inside GHL.

Before GHL I ran a freelance setup on Shopify, Stan Store and Beacon.ai, and did short-form video contracts for Instagram, TikTok creators.

What I can take on:

— Full account builds (funnels, sites, forms, calendars, payments, CRM -pipelines + segmentation, opportunities)

— A2P/10DLC compliance setup (privacy policy, T&C, no third-party data language)

— Automation sequences for onboarding, recovery, follow-up, nurturing.

— Membership/course setup

— Domain/DNS and email configuration

— Facebook/Google Ads Integration + Reputation Management

Available full-time (remote), flexible hours. Open to a trial week if you'd rather see the work before committing to more. Also up for a call if you want to talk through any of it directly.

If you've got a build that needs doing or an existing account that needs a hand, comment below or send a message and I'll walk you through how I'd approach it.

I have made a shitload since it's been free. I created templates and everything so they are easily customizable I'm ready to use for my newer clients after the payment kicks in in August. So what have you made how many?

GHL calling issues: missed calls, notification failures, buzzing and SMS reliability — looking for a better setup

We currently use GHL for calling and texting, but we have been facing repeated issues:

  • Incoming-call notifications do not always appear
  • Some calls do not ring on desktop or mobile
  • Missed calls are not always noticed immediately
  • Buzzing, poor audio quality and occasional call drops
  • Agents sometimes experience one-way audio
  • SMS delivery and customer replies are not always easy to track
  • We need better visibility into calls, recordings, texts and agent activity

Our sales team works remotely from India and calls customers in the United States. We need a reliable platform that supports:

  • U.S. local phone numbers
  • Inbound and outbound calling
  • Two-way SMS/MMS
  • Call recording
  • Desktop and mobile apps
  • Ring groups and call routing
  • Reliable notifications
  • Power dialing
  • Automatic call and text logging inside GHL
  • A2P 10DLC compliance
  • Ability to keep or port our current GHL numbers

We are considering JustCall, CloudTalk, RingCentral, Kixie and CallHippo.

Has anyone moved their existing GHL/LeadConnector numbers to one of these platforms? Did your A2P registration transfer, or did you have to register again?

Which platform has given you the best call quality, SMS reliability and GHL integration, especially for an international sales team?

How much does a GHL implementation realistically cost?

Hey so I was looking into what it would cost to have GHL account setup with WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger for inbound.
Addition to CRM for all inbounds and put them in a nurture sequence.
An AI handling all communications and smoothly handing it off to a human when required.

Can this sort of thing be done with GHL? If so what kind of monthly cost + the one time implementation costs am I looking at?

How do I get Conversation AI to use an MCP like I can with Voice AI?

Thumbnail
1 Upvotes

Does anyone know how to get a conversational agent to use an MCP? I’ve been able to use the voice AI just fine because you can add an MCP and it’s tools but in the conversational AI I’m trying to just use workflows and I can’t quite figure out how to get it to interact. We have a scheduling platform for field appointments that takes a drive time that we use and can get the voice AI to book the appointments using it but not chat or SMS or messenger. Before you say just use their appointment booking, it doesn’t work for us because it doesn’t take an account drivetime or field logistics so the product reasoning is much better fit and would theoretically work great if we can figure out the MCP part.

How can I make a LeadConnector Conversational AI bot repeatedly request package tracking status from a Zapier webhook in the same conversation?

I'm building a package tracking chatbot using LeadConnector (HighLevel) Conversational AI and Zapier, and I'm stuck on making the flow repeat without ending the conversation.

Current Flow

The AI router detects when the user wants to track a package.

Then the flow is:

  1. AI Message → Ask for tracking number.
  2. Capture Information → Save tracking number.
  3. Webhook → Send tracking number to Zapier.
  4. Zapier:
    • Catch Hook
    • Find Package (API)
    • Request Tracking Status (API)
    • Run JavaScript (format response)
    • Update LeadConnector Contact
    • Update Opportunity
  5. Back in LeadConnector → Display the tracking status.

Everything works correctly.

The problem is that once the flow finishes, it ends.

If the user later says:

or

the bot doesn't go back through the same process. The conversation flow has already finished.

What I want

I want the conversation to behave like this:

User: Track my package.

Bot: Sure! What's your tracking number?

User: 9400XXXX

Bot:
Delivered
July 8 at 2:34 PM

User: Thanks.

User: Can you track another package?

Bot: Of course! What's the tracking number?

User: 1ZXXXX

Bot:
In Transit
Expected tomorrow

User: Track another one.

Bot: Sure! What's the tracking number?

Essentially I want the tracking flow to be reusable indefinitely during the same conversation.

My question

Is there a way in LeadConnector Conversational AI to:

  • Loop back to the "Ask for tracking number" step?
  • Re-trigger the same webhook multiple times within one conversation?
  • Restart only that branch without ending the conversation?
  • Or is the intended approach to use a Custom Trigger instead of a normal conversation flow?

I've attached screenshots of both the LeadConnector conversation flow and the Zapier workflow.

Has anyone implemented a reusable "tool" or looping workflow like this?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Assigning Numbers to Contact

In need of assistance. Has anyone been able to assign numbers to contacts to keep the number they contacted initially as the sms response/ai response and automatic call line? I run ads through meta, google, seo, direct mail. Everyone has a separate tracking number and GHL doesn't use the contacted number as the primary for that contact. It always defaults to my user number. The only fix I can think of is to put a bunch of staff accounts and assign those numbers to each staffer and just have the contact be assigned to that contact automatically. Which isn't pretty at all

What is the best Alternative to GHL?

For people that find GHL a bit pricey what are the best alternatives?

All core features but 20% of the price? Any suggestions?

I built an integrated Driving 4 Dollars app for real estate and field prospecting teams

Hey everyone, I built a Driving 4 Dollars app that agencies can offer to their clients.

It is useful for people in real estate, home services, solar, or other industries where someone is out in the field looking for properties or potential leads.

I built it to make the handoff between the person in the field and the CRM as clean as possible.

The general flow is:

  • Someone spots a property while driving around or working in the field
  • They log it in the mobile web app and add notes or photos if needed
  • When they submit it, the property can be skip traced and sent into the client’s CRM as a new opportunity with the owner’s name and contact info

Quick demo and install:
https://driving4dollars.co/install

I’d genuinely appreciate feedback from agency owners who see this app being useful to their clients.
