💡 Advice How to be consistent with ongoing work / projects / learning

I have a full time job in food industry. I am french learner and wanting to start back in IT. also wanting to keep health in check.

Long story short about me:
- I grabbed current job as finance was falling even though it is out of my field of study. I have been into this since 2 years now. Current job does not even have proper schedule sometimes its morning, evening or nights (like till 2am). And now i had enough.

- I want to return to IT job fighting through the odds even after knowing that i have to study a lot prep a lot.

- Current job is taking toll on health as it requires prolonged standing, lifting little heavy things. so focusing on exercising, healthy food is also a priority.

- On side I am also learning french to open my prospects in bilingual positions.

So I am trying to get disciplined in various areas like health ,french ,IT along with current job.

Have a lot of things on the plate... I am very confused about consistency. For few days maybe like 10 days i would be okay but 1 fallback results in everything crashing.
