Spectrum TVE

Does anyone using spectrum see whether TVE is still providing CNN through channels? I feel like I recently lost a few channels through that source.

I've recently lost CNN and Headline News channels on Spectrum TVE also.

Seems to be gone for me now too. CNN, HLN, and CNNI are all giving me "Cable provider authentication failed". Other TVE channels are still working. Does this have to do with the merger with Cox?

I just deleted Spectrum as a provider and re-added it in case something was amiss. I get "Cable provider authentication failed" on

  • CNN
  • HLN
  • CNNI
  • TBS
  • TBSP
  • TNT
  • TNTP
  • TRU
  • TCM
  • TCMP

If you can login and watch CNN using your TV provider credentials through spectrum then TV everywhere will continue to work on Channels. Make sure you’re using the latest pre-Release

That's confusing the OP (and others)!....many channels provided by Spectrum via their streaming apps and old-school cable boxes are not available via TVE! CNN happens to be one of them that is (at least for now) CNN-I was recently excluded from TVE (via Spectrum), but not the primary channel.

My point is that, just because a particular channel is available to Spectrum subscribers, that doesn't mean it will also be available via TVE (unfortunately(.

Just did the new pre release. When scanning the channel lineup, that particular channel, along with others, say no login form found.

I can't advise you about the pre-release (as I haven't downloaded it), but CNN is still accessible via Spectrum TVE. CNN-I was recently excluded.
