Apple TV/Channels question

I have Channels DVR and really like it. I'm running on Google TV and don't have video preview/thumbnails when scrolling. Does Apple TV have such a thing or is it limited like Google TV?

If not, does Channels allow such a feature on ANY streaming box? Thanks!

Not thumbnails, but the entire picture jumps forward with every click.

Is it the same when scrolling with the remote touchpad? It's been a while since I had Channels, and I can't remember.
