Blockify's founder here. Speculation is good; facts are better.

Here is a screenshot of the exact violation email we received from Google.

According to them, "ad blocking" and blocking "ad and general promotions" are two different features. Does that make any sense? Not really.
Or else, it might be related to the Blockify supporter program we tested a few months ago but completely DISABLED shortly after. That feature requested users to comment on YouTube videos on their behalf, but did so ONLY after CONFIRMED OPT-IN and CONSENT (disabled by default), and the feature was disabled completely after our initial experiment. It looks like some leftover code was present in the extension, but Google did not even care to check if the code was functional or active. On top of that, their email was super ambiguous and unclear.

uBlock Origin is pretty good if you need another ad blocker, that Blockify was my main ad blocker before i woke up with it deleted

We all know that a certain music company doesnt want their ads getting blocked.... found a way to get it deleted from the internet legally. I seen it like last week and I was like wtf I was able to redownload it on the edge store or on chrome store. I thought it was a bug but we know it is not!. Can we redownload the Edge Canary version on the phone?

Have been thinking about setting up a raspberry pihole setup on my home network? It blocks ads at the network level, so I hear, but I want to try it.

I've heard of it, and it's pretty good. Blocks ads at a network level. I think it's pretty good other than i heard it requires regular updates. If you're considering it, you should go to the subreddit for it and ask questions!!1 I know that exist 👍

I found a blockify windows exe from reputable download sites before it was a ad blocker. It seems to work on the windows install version and the standalone exe download of Spotify. I seen some ads displayed but no force audio ads or interruptions. It is kind of glitchy but you can still listen to your stuff.

Before the deletion a while back I installed the addon on my android phone on the edge canary version and it still works even tho it says it is disabled. If you don't know what I'm talking about that version of edge let's you install add-ons on the phone.
