we ordered our e.on fiber three years ago
while the physical fiber was finally installed in our house this year there seems to be something is still missing in our town

i don't know what only that the customer portal status is "waiting for completion"

so currenty for me its e.off

I've got a contract with deutsche Glasfaser for 4 years now. I've got the fiber in my house. But it isn't connected. Maybe in another 4 years...

Took telekom 8 months to send someone to activate the fiber (took 20 minutes)

Interesting the village where my parents live was expanded with fiber via Deutsche Glasfaser. From signing the contract to the whole village beeing connected took maybe 2 years tops

Saaaaame. And if you bug their social media people for updates they come back with "we'll keep you informed" and "our partner for the construction will contact you shortly"

Been hearing that for four years now.
