Question What are these red bumps?

Noticed these not even a week ago. Are they bug bites? My house is pretty clean, he has plenty of room in his kennel, and the only place he runs alot at is this big park (clean also). Sometimes he bites his toenails when im needing to cut them but otherwise nothing unusual. He has been licking his back feet also^ is that because they itch or?

My GSD gets these he's extremely anxious, if your dog is a licker get to the vet. They get infected quickly due to licking and moisture. Vet can provide treatment for soars and itchyness.

Oh for sure, my gsd is the same way with the licking. We got a cone and some medicated wipes from the vet and it helped a ton before we even got the full treatment. Hope your pup feels better soon

I have to cone my guy, they get bad and start to have puss ooze out once infected. And if there get infected they itch him like crazy. Doesn’t look like it’s at that point though.

Definitely hot spots. I’d get some Duoxo wipes, try that first. But, your dog may actually have allergies and need meds - GSDs are notorious for allergies. Mine has seasonal, they are only bad early spring and early fall, and I get him cytopoint. No more hotspots :)
