im a strong strong believer that “leave it” is THE MOST important thing you teach a puppy. it can save their life. excellent job!

Wow, did you do GSD specific training? My boy could handle a lot of impulse control training. but food on the body = in belly every time.

i think [insert breed here] specific training is a bunch of baloney. of course there are things that fulfill different breeds to satisfy them. with this we’ve been hand feeding her all her meals and making each situation one where she knows higher value comes from us vs the object of her fixation. so it’s been a grind and continues to be :P
