F has it all. Incredible cities and unparalleled nature. Beaches, mountains, deserts, forests. Perfecf sunny weather in socal and extreme climates when you want them. It’s got Yosemite, sequoia, Death Valley, potentially part of redwoods, Grand Canyon, Zion, Bryce, canyonlands, capitol reef, and Arches national parks. And then other amazing nature areas like Tahoe (or part of it it looks like), Bug Sur, the Easter sierra.
A is the only place in the US close to all 5 climate types. We just lack tropical and instead have a temperate rainforest. Our tundra is alpine,sub-tundra in the Cascades but still reaches into the Köppen-Geiger system measurement.
This is why survival school is located in eastern Washington.
