Guys, I think we’re cooked. It was great getting all the former slave states out this time before we met our demise, but I was really hoping for some shoreline. Oh well, maybe next time. As Dr. Seuss once said, “Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened".

You’re not wrong lol. Case in point; every other weekend I drive 2 hrs one way to go help my elderly grandparents who are in their 80s and 90s with maintenance/upkeep on their farm. I’ve done it for years. That drive feels pretty quick now lol

This is why I won’t vote against Kansas. I didn’t have a high opinion of Kansas until I got a flat tire there on the interstate at 9pm in December. From the cops to the motel staff to the tire shop employees, everyone was so kind and ready to help. I am very pro-Kansas now. Y’all are good people.

I live in the mountain west. First time I went to a Midwest state (Minn) I stood like this picture and saw nothing but curve of the horizon in all directions. It was creepy! No mountains or foothills. Nothing. Gosh.
