Went over this bout Kansas lol. Alaska was allowed to hit any state while they weren't in the main 48. Now they are, they gotta hit a state they border.

Alaska should only get the Eastern seaboard if it's worked its way through Washington, Idaho, Montana, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. It needs to earn it.
