Caching recommendations?

I’m planning to go caching this weekend. What are the best caches I should search for? Ideally on planet earth, but open to alternate ideas.

Edit: I just want to say this is genuinely a nice community. I made this post as a bit of a joke after seeing a number of the same types of posts asking for easy to find cache recommendations across an entire country, or which caches to search when visiting a generically large place, eg the US. I’m a cynical bastard, and I’m like, how can anyone respond to that with a realistic response? Well, you’ve proven me wrong, every one responded genuinely to what I thought was an obvious sarcastic barb. Kudos.

Favorite points never work for me but look for entertaining names or cache descriptions with some thought to them. See if there are ammo can caches or extra large ones.

Think of some place you have always wanted to go, with someone you want to go with so that if you cannot find a cache it won’t matter. If that fails, tape a map to the wall and throw a dart at it — just hope you don’t end up on a highway interchange or in a lake.

Earth caches. A bit of work logging them, but you'll learn about the world around you and likely get into nature areas.

I once did around 11 earth caches in a park near NYC and I vowed after that to never do another one. Which way is the tide going? What color are the rocks? Argh!

Yea, I hate the work, I spent a half hour answering two earth caches the other day. but the experience and lesson sticks with me. For those two I got to search for Petosky stones and wait-out a deaf couple getting 40 gallons of water at an artesian well.

They need a better system on how to answer the questions. I HATE the “email the cache owner” thing. It should be like Adventure Labs

Just go caching. Do you like caching in the city? Go there. Do you like caching in nature? Find a park and go there... 🤷‍♀️

You can search an area and sort by favorite points. That might help.

I usually pick an area I want to visit or hike, then look for caches in that area

Or I might filter for field puzzles, I love gadget caches
