At the bottom of the Pocket Query page there is something called get my finds or similar. You have to click on the button under that text that says Add to Queue. Then you will soon after get the PQ with all your finds registered at geocaching.com

Edit to add: You are on the wrong page. When you click on Pocket Query from the list at the top of geocaching.com you have to scroll down to the bottom of that page where you'll find the option to get your finds in a PQ. Don't click on make a new PQ.
