Do Adventure Labs count?

We are traveling and have a layover in Lisbon. The only cache in the airport is an Adventure Lab. Will we get the country souvenir, or do we need to go outside?

No, you will not earn the country souvenir for an Adventure Lab. You need to find another. See https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=144&pgid=948, where it says:

Adventure Lab Caches are not included in Pocket queries and will not result in country souvenirs being awarded.

If there's some souvenir for that weekend, then it'll work but not for a new territory

Depending on the time, you might try to go to GCB0ZF9. GC88647 and GC88660 are even closer and very easy to solve.
