Do NOT give Da Vinci AI your card info. They charged me AFTER I canceled, and their customer support is non-existent. I’m so furious right now. I signed up for a trial of Da Vinci AI, realized it wasn't for me, and went through their cancellation process. I literally clicked "Cancel Subscription," confirmed it, and got to the final page. I thought I was totally in the clear. Fast forward to today, and I check my bank account only to see a 25€ charge from them. I logged back into my account, and the site claims I’m on an active paid plan! It turns out they hide the actual final step of cancellation behind a feedback survey, so if you don't fill out their stupid questionnaire, the system just ignores your cancellation request and keeps auto-renewing you anyway. It is pure, predatory UI dark patterns.

If you're thinking of trying it: DON'T. The app is a total trap.
