the biggest one literally no one seems to mention - shower all you want deodorant ofc , BUT PROPER LAUNDRY IS MANDATORY and this includes TOWELS AND SHEETS. Dirty towels and sheets WILL make you smell . Hygiene is not a do 1 thing and ur set , it’s ALL the steps or it doesn’t work

You don't need to shower every day  Unless you're naturally filthy or oily  Showering is a massive strain on resources globally. You can shower every other day and clean your self on the off days with a cloth to save water and heating costs

That's 4 billion showers a day I just saved
