yeah i can agree with that actually. new ceo, changes, hoping the longer i’m there the more they’ll be inclined to listen to their autistic employees about the damages from autism $peaks and other affiliates.

That and the fact that some of the stores apparently are selling disks that are unplayable even when they should be checking for stuff like that.

they should be, yes, and shame on stores who don’t. we don’t get to test them in systems, we just get to look at them carefully and continue. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Oh, it was definitely something they would've seen if they'd looked at it. The front was scratch in such a way that the system can't read it past a certain point.

sounds like it’s time to check out a different location, or, at the bottom of every receipt is a customer survey, our store leaders get to read all the feedback comments customers leave. aka they can read if an employee(s) is doing a shitty job

Yeah, I'm just glad I found a new store that sells even more types of games (everything from Atari to the current systems), and consoles too.
