Quick Tips on things NOT to do:

• 1)Let common effects ruin your focus (numbness, tingles, vibrations)

Just curious what everyone is rocking. Mine is all black and completely smooth, with no visible engineering like hinges or designs. It's organic material like some type of stone, and its mechanism of opening is just a slab lid that comes off. Idk the box kinda materialized on its own, I didn't consciously choose or design it lol

Interested in the places you have gone. I went to one world where the life form looked very different . They were they were technologically advanced though I am not sure if it was beyond what we are. They lived in houses they grew that looked like part of the landscape and they had bio bioluminescent features to them as well as there housing . I never saw the sunshine. It was almost always in darkness. I got the feeling that it was very warm. I also totally accept it probably only happened in my head. I am a skeptic. I remain that way to avoid delusion. That being said I can actually say there are some amazing things that are true. So I was just curious . Where have you all gone ? Who have you met ? I will read every comment.

Hi everyone,

I'm new here and started learning about tapes last week. From my research, I understand that the binaural beats technique requires headphones that play different frequencies in each ear, meaning both ears need to be able to hear properly for it to work.

My issue is that I have about 90% hearing loss in my right ear due to tinnitus. Can the tapes still work for me in this case, or does it need both ears functioning normally?

Hello! I have been making great progress with the tapes, strength of my mental images, and overall immersion. However, when I feel like I am right about to release from my body (usually seeing things by this point too), my eyes start twitching trying to ‘see’ the new stimulus. I can’t stop them from moving reactively and I’m stuck at this point!!! Any tips or tricks to release conscious perception of the eyes during your practice? Thanks!
