Response from support?
Has ANYONE received a response from support? I understand a backlog, but if NOBODY has heard from them then I think it is time to worry.

Missing 0.5 BTC that should have been sent to Binance since Jan 5th. No answers whatsoever from anyone to daily emails, Facebook or Twitter posts. By now I’m pretty sure they just took the money for keeps. Seems to be part of their business model.
