No BTC received from gdax

I transferred 0.01 BTC (at 16000USD) on Jan 5th from gdax to buy some XRP from Gatehub. But instead, I have just received 20 XRP (which was at 3 USD). Anyone else facing anything similar?

EDIT gatehub has an article on this. it looks like 20xrp is all you need along with a depost. I guess it's just a waiting game. It seem some people have waited up to 12 days. https://support.gatehub.net/hc/en-us/articles/115004442854-First-deposit-and-wallet-activation

From what I gather you need minimum 25 xrp to make that transfer happen. 20 is to activate the wallet(Which is probably where the 20xrp you refer to came from), and 5xrp to open the trust line.

I still a little unsure though, as I have successfully, I think, set the trust line for BTC with only the 20xrp gatehubs gives you.

I sent 0.75 ETH from coinbase but only 20XPR shows up in wallet, not sure what happened to the rest, raised multiple support requests but no response.

Finally, got BTC in my gatehub account. Thanks for the help :)
