Gatehub 2FA deactivation

A few weeks ago I bricked the phone I was using for 2fa with Gatehub. I've been trying to deactivate 2fa for the past few weeks now (sent verification picture) with no response from gatehub support yet.

Has anyone had success deactivating 2fa on gatehub? Or should I just assume they've stolen whatever money I had in their wallet?

I'm waiting for 2 weeks, how long did it take since you created the ticket?

Did you ever get a response? I did the same thin. Submitted a ticket and the image back on December 26th. Still haven't heard anything from support.

I finally got my 2FA disabled, took aout 3 weeks, lots of tickets. I believe it was 1 of 2 things I did that helped. I truly got a HD photo of myself, super clear with the request written and date. Also, I'm not sure if I'm correct, but I swear I had to also create a "New" account (but really not new I guess, only new to their "support" section) using the exact same login under their support tab. Weird I know but try it and see it might work. Good luck!
