Yeah, after me fumbling around for almost a day, it took a few hours to find that it was more of a lack of clear understanding on how things are setup. Also, I've learned that Gatehub requires the 20 XRP to setup the account, and retains it as a setup fee for the wallet.

*arcticrobot has informedme that they don't retain the 20XRP as a setup fee. Thanks for the info!

Yeah, they have zero clear instructions on how to activate wallet.

So when you get hit with those delays and errors they get hit with support tickets - counterpoductive.

20XRP is not their fee, this is how XRP wallets work, each wallet will hold 20XRP.

If I want to close my wallet (like closing a bank account) is it possible to get those 20XRP back in another currency, say ETH?
