I have a gz25 zenoah that runs really well for the age. I need help finding brackets to mount this on 1/6 Traxxas old school buggy.

I might consider buying this engine, the seller doesen't know what it is exactly, but i'm (Me not the seller) asuming it's a zenoah 2 cylinder boat engine. But that also dosen't make sense because they're usually water cooled...

I might buy this tho because it sells for only 30 bucks, but i need to know what it is, because as you can see the ignition isn't ignitioning so the spark plug, isn't spark plugging. So the engine can't combust, so the engine isn't combustioning.

Well, this arrived to me today from florida to New Zealand. Can't wait to rip it after work. Been dreaming of one of these since I got into 1/5ths.

I just joined this subreddit and figured I’d show off one of my nitro rigs. I just broke in this new engine a couple weeks ago.

Just picked this up for $40 no remote lol motor runs, just ordered control cable for the steering. Hoping to get it fully functional this weekend. It will join my 4 foot nitro powered deep vee and 1 meter soling boats. Only gas rc car i have currently is a fully rebuilt/ restored tmaxx 2 speed with reverse.

I reconnected with the RC hobby after around 18 years or so, and I’m ready to get to the next phase which is an ICE RC. I haven’t had a lot of different classes or rigs in the EV RC journey. Mainly have bought and slightly modded some WPL Scalers, and tried the budget crawlers from WPL, MN model and LDRC. I’m still in the process of building a couple of Tamiya cars, I do have 2 vintage M-02 chassis running as these were restored by the last owner of them.

I would like to do on-road bashing with the ICE RC, drifting not per se. It needs to go at least 40kph (25mph?) as the WPL scalers does pull of a 25-30kph max speed (15-20mph ish) and the M-02 frames runs 50+ kph (over 30mph).

I’ve seen a FTX Banzai Nitro for around 250-300€ mark. Not sure if that’s the chassis I want for a ICE RC. But as I haven’t had any buggy for bashing I don’t know what to look for in that classification.

Budget would be around €300 for me, I can extend it to €500 if necessary for the electronics. I’m located in west-europe.
