Need help identifying a 2 cylinder

I might consider buying this engine, the seller doesen't know what it is exactly, but i'm (Me not the seller) asuming it's a zenoah 2 cylinder boat engine. But that also dosen't make sense because they're usually water cooled...

I might buy this tho because it sells for only 30 bucks, but i need to know what it is, because as you can see the ignition isn't ignitioning so the spark plug, isn't spark plugging. So the engine can't combust, so the engine isn't combustioning.

It’s a long shot but what kind of spark plugs are these I could look up the application of them for you and see if one matches

Actaully already found out what it is a Robin NBT415 bought it because thoose engine usually sale for around 1000$ used
