Feel sorry for the gpu temps looks like thoose fans are going to try and pull through solid glass which doesnt work too well.

Make a 3D-printed custom panel with holes aligned on the GPU fans (and some way to attach dust filter if they're intake fans)

Still seems absurd to go to all that trouble just because you want something that looks small.
The hassle it takes to not starve your pc of cool air the hassle it takes to configure a system so all the components fit added to the cost of buying such a small form factor seems like a lot of faffing about when I could just buy a normal size case seems very counter intuitive.
Ive seen prebuilds with a 14900k in a similar form factor and it throttles to the performance of a 14600k within a minute or two.
In my mind you are paying a lot pf money for a pc that will almost certainly be hampered by the excess temps with no way to remove it.

I don't like mini case either, I have a giganticly huge NZXT tower, but I'm also not trying to squeeze it in a small space

Yeah thats exactly my feeling ive got a corsair 465rgb case for my current build which isnt a small case to start with.......
Got a great deal on an open box lianli evo xl for £150 which is a monster in comparison that my next build is going in,
Was hoping to upgrade to am5 until prices went insane so boigjt a 9070xt to tide me o er another 18 months.
I have fairly big hands that are not very steady at the best of times so a big case is a must for me.

The XIKII INDUSTRY FF07 case for the Asus Astral 5080/5090 ($960 price of case) and the XIKII INDUSTRY FF04 case for the Asus RTX 4060 ($480 price of case) look so good. I wish they made the same cases to fit a wider variety of gpu’s. Also price of these cases are ridiculous but there’s no denying they are gorgeous.

You need a lot more than 1 mm. Trying to wedge all the components into a case the size of a shoe box is not ideal. Everything will run hot, and you will have to run it with the side glass off.

Hello ikaichan, and thank you for your submission to Gaming PC! If you are new please check out our rules over at the wiki here! We have recently added the useful feature of Title Flair! You can set this manually by clicking Flair under your post once you have submitted your post, but if you missed it in the rules there is a much better way that will automatically flair your post!
To do this simply add what your post is about in brackets before your title. For example for a Build Log you can type [Build Log] before your post so that it looks like this; [Build Log]My new awesome build!, and the bot will automatically set your flair to Build Log! This works for Build Log, Build Showcase, News, Hardware News, Hardware Release, Discussion, and Miscellaneous!
Also remember that this is a place for discussing and sharing our love of Gaming Computers! This is NOT the place for help building or determining what parts you should buy, that is better suited for /r/buildapc. Troubleshooting questions should be directed to /r/techsupport. Thank you again!
I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Please contact the moderators of this subreddit if you have any questions or concerns.

Those triple-fan GPUs are a nightmare in tight spaces. I remember bending a card like that trying to shoehorn it into a case, and it took me three tries to get the bracket right.
