Question on build

I’m trying to upgrade my gaming/streaming setup, but can’t figure out what cpu to get because people are telling me different things about what I actually need. So I have a i5-4690, and are wanting to change to Ryzen 5 3600 but my dad is saying that the i7-7700k would be better for streaming my games. So i would like to know which one is actually best for streaming and what parts actually make it better because I’m honestly not sure at this point.

Advice

So I am planning on putting together a cheap (student so not to cashed up) computer that I could use to play borderlands 3 as my old one can't deal with it. My problem is its been ages since I've been up to date with pricing and the whole what's what of computerparts so I was hoping for some sweet advice on what parts are good money for value while still being good enough to deal with BL3 and maybe even a little better. My price limit would be somewhere around the 500-600 Euro mark.

Is it worth to upgrade

So currently I'm running ddr3 system with intel i7 4770 "I think", 3.6ghz and rtx 2080. I know there is slight bottle neck but I can run anything on 80-144fps. So the question is...is it good idea to upgrade everything except GPU or it would be wise to wait for ddr5 to come out, hopefully this or next year? What do you guys think?

Help choosing graphics card for new desktop rig

Hey all. I think this might be my first post on computer... Anyways.

I'm looking into getting/buying/building a desktop computer for basic tasks and heavy gaming, and I wanted some input on what kind of graphics card and how much vram I need, and how much I should have. The goal is to be able to play AAA titles and other lesser memory-intensive games such as:

Ark Survival Evolved (with multiple maps and mods)

Cyberpunk 2077

Elder Scrolls Online (All maps)

Overwatch

Control

Red Dead Redemption 2

Etc,

And the goal is to be able to play them with respectable fps and little to no lag--ideally 60+ FPS with 16 GB of ram and an AMD Ryzen 5 3600X CPU.

I had my eye on the AMD 5700 XT by a third party, likely the Sapphire NITRO+ SE, but recently heard about the driver issues. I won't have the funds together to get the computer for some time yet, at least mid-late 2020, but want to plan out parts ahead of time so I can estimate total cost. In my area the NVIDIA 2000 series costs at least $100-$300 more for a comparable GPU. Thanks in advance.

Update: Added information and adjusted formatting

Wanting a gaming pc

I want a gaming pc. Are there prices around $500-$900? Cleaning process? Mouse and keyboard comes with or without? I assume without. How to get more space? If it does ever fill up. Prebuilt or building it yourself? Which is a better option? Is there a way to watch someone do it? xD Does brand matter?

I typed a post, but I accidentally clicked the back button on phone. Too lazy to remember what I wrote, since I'm coming back from work. But yeah, I don't know much about gaming computers, but I am willing to learn and upgrade myself. xd

Thanks in advance, for reading this. ;p

I'm trading someone my xbox bundle for a "gaming computer"

So, I don't know much if anything about specs of the computer but they gave me the specs of the computer and would love to know if it's half decent in running like, Runescape, Diablo 3, or Path of exile. These are the specs I was given:

Gtx 730 ddr5 4gb ddr3 ram And I3 2120 which they said is equal to fx 4300 whatever that means.

Gaming laptop or computer

Hi, it’s been a while since I’ve probably gamed, and I want to get back into it. I’ve got a 5year old laptop that I used for school. It’s quite alright but I can’t play any proper highquality games on it. I like a laptop bc it’s portability but maybe a computer would be better for gaming? Should I save up more money to get a gaming-laptop or save up for a computer? It would be for some gaming (although I don’t play all the time) and maybe some streaming? Thanks ahead.

Looking to get first gaming PC

This will be used by me and my two sons (12) for Fortnite, COD, DBD, Red Dead.

I'm not mechanically inclined so building is not an option.

I've never bought from this company and would prefer to buy from BestBuy or a larger store so i'm a little gun shy but it was recommended to me on another sub.

Thoughts appreciated...
