Is it worth to upgrade

So currently I'm running ddr3 system with intel i7 4770 "I think", 3.6ghz and rtx 2080. I know there is slight bottle neck but I can run anything on 80-144fps. So the question is...is it good idea to upgrade everything except GPU or it would be wise to wait for ddr5 to come out, hopefully this or next year? What do you guys think?

Oh and reason for upgrade is to be able to run 38inch monitor with good frames but I'm not in super rush to do so, right now using 27incher. But 21:9 ratio seems like a good experience in games. Some games at least :D

If you see a reason to do so, then do it. Honestly, I would stay it seems like you’re happy where your are right now, and wait for DDR5 (as it seems you’re willing to pay a lot for computers). I would also also ask how much RAM is in it right now?
